These are before and after shots of my floors. First I gave it a good cleaning with Armstrong floor cleaner and Ammonia. Then I put on two coats of FUTURE floor shiner and now it looks new again! It's easy! You just apply it with a mop, let it dry for 8 hrs and then apply again! Your floors will be so clean and shinny you can eat off of them. Although I don't recommend it ;) Not only does it shine but it protects dirt from getting into the crevices of your floor. It only takes about 20 mins to dry so you can walk on it soon after or dance as baby Joel did this morning ;)
