This afternoon my children went out to play "Super Heroes". While out avenging imaginary evil forces, they came across this baby bird. It had fallen out if it's nest :( Poor baby bird.
We knew it needed to get off the ground if it had any hope of survival, so we made a makeshift nest for the bird and put it in a tree, to see if the momma bird would come back to feed it.
We watched the baby bird from the window for an hour and a half. Unfortunately the momma bird did not return so the baby bird didn't make it :( That's usually what happens in this circumstance. Sometimes no matter how hard we try to help, it just doesn't work out the way we think it should.

Ah, that's too bad the bird didn't make it. I'm sure there were some sad kids at your home.
Yes, we all were but that's nature for ya. I don't enjoy anything dying except BUGS!!!
