To make this breakfast smoothie you will need...
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups blackberries & blueberries mixed
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup of ice
- Measure two cups mixed blackberries & blueberries whole.
- Crush and sieve blackberries (This will remove the seeds) crush the blackberries.
- Thaw bananas 15 mins
- Cut bananas in half, slice down the middle and peel away skin.
- Chop banana into pieces
- Liquify sieved & crushed berries and bananas in a blender.
- Add yogurt, ice and honey and liquify.
- ENJOY :)

That DOES look delish! Sometimes I make fruit smoothie and mix in a bit of protein powder.. so yummy!

I thought about doing that Melanie but I wasn't sure if I should b/c I really don't know much about protein and what it does lol Will it make me fat or bulk up my muscles? IDK lol Thank you for the lovely complement :)
