Peach Cobbler

To make a peach cobbler like this you will need....

  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup of butter
1. Put sliced peaches in a bowl with sugar, mix and let set.
2. In a
separate bowl, mix together butter, flour & milk with a whisk until there are no lumps.
3. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking pan.
4. Spoon in peach and sugar mixture, do not stir.
5. Bake at 350 for 45
mins or until it turns golden brown.

Your cobbler may seem wobbly on the inside when time is up and you may think it's not done baking yet but it is. Just let it set for about 15
mins and everything will jell together :)

After 15 dig in! We like to add vanilla ice cream to ours ^_^
Enjoy!
