Good Morning Smoothies

To make this breakfast smoothie you will need...
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups blackberries & blueberries mixed
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice
  1. Measure two cups mixed blackberries & blueberries whole.
  2. Crush and sieve blackberries (This will remove the seeds) crush the blackberries.
  3. Thaw bananas 15 mins
  4. Cut bananas in half, slice down the middle and peel away skin.
  5. Chop banana into pieces
  6. Liquify sieved & crushed berries and bananas in a blender.
  7. Add yogurt, ice and honey and liquify.
  8. ENJOY :)
Makes enough for the whole family!

That DOES look delish! Sometimes I make fruit smoothie and mix in a bit of protein powder.. so yummy!

I thought about doing that Melanie but I wasn't sure if I should b/c I really don't know much about protein and what it does lol Will it make me fat or bulk up my muscles? IDK lol Thank you for the lovely complement :)

gotjoy3~ Yes, I was supposed to cook eggs and toast with it but I was having one of those mornings. We had an early lunch ;)
